1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Our platform connects candidates seeking employment opportunities with individuals or businesses ("Employers") looking to hire. The platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not employ candidates directly.

3. Registration and Use

  • Candidates and Employers must register to use our services.
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their account information and accept responsibility for all activities under their account.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Employers agree to pay a placement fee upon successful hiring of a candidate introduced through our platform.
  • Placement fees must be paid within 14 days of candidate commencement.

5. Circumvention of Fees

  • Employers and candidates explicitly agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent the platform’s fee structure.
  • Engagement of candidates initially introduced via our platform must occur through the platform.
  • If circumvention is detected, Employers agree to pay a penalty fee equivalent to twice the standard placement fee.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these terms.

6. Obligations of Employers

  • Employers agree to notify the platform immediately upon hiring a candidate introduced through our service.
  • Employers agree to accurately report employment terms to enable proper invoicing.

7. Obligations of Candidates

  • Candidates agree to promptly inform the platform if contacted directly by Employers to avoid placement fees.
  • Candidates will not accept employment directly from an Employer who was introduced through the platform without notifying the platform first.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Users explicitly agree not to scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data or information from our platform.
  • Any unauthorized scraping or extraction of data will be considered illegal and actionable under applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to seek damages and legal remedies against individuals or entities engaging in unauthorized data scraping.

9. Liability and Indemnity

  • The platform does not guarantee employment or candidate suitability.
  • Users agree to indemnify the platform against any claims arising from the use of the platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • User data is handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Details provided by users will be securely stored and used only to facilitate the services provided by the platform.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms will first be addressed via mediation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
